This ad simply states the fact that smoking kills and nobody can escape it.
Philosophy
The strategy is to promote anti-smoking by talking in our(Advertising) language and also to send out the message that smoking affects even the preachers and the ads created are not scams but they do have a hidden message in them.
Problem
The ad tries to address the issue that some people have about smoking that it only kills certain people ,but the fact is that it kills everbody in the long run,irrrespective of who you are.
