Philosophy | 1 billion people in the world suffer from chronic hunger. The FAO (Food and Agricultural Organization of the UN) wanted to call upon governements to make the elimination of hunger their top priority, pushing them with a global petition: The 1 Billion Hungry Project. |
Problem | One sixth of the humanity suffers from hunger, chronically. We wanted to create a global movement of indignation for this unbearable fact, aggregating people around a common feeling: anger. |
Result | The campaign had a smashing result, getting more than 1 million signatures a month before the deadline agreed, turning then to more than 3 millions the day the score has been delivered to the main FAO representatives. The campaign is still live and should end by the end of next June. |
