TitleStranger Milano
BriefDuring one night, after opening a portal in the iconic Piazza Duomo, right in front of thousands of people that were there to take part to an exclusive premiere of season 4, we physically took the entire Milan city center back to 1986. Then, for a whole weekend, we offered everyone a Stranger version of Milan through an immersive 80s domination that brought back iconic elements of that time, like the yellow taxis parked in Piazza Duomo, the advertising signs on the historic Palazzo Carminati as well as the stylish Paninari, a famous Milanese teen subculture. Of course there were also some Stranger Things special activities like the Rink-O-Mania roller disco and the Surfer Boy Pizza stand that gave a taste of how the 80s people used to have fun.

Story In 2022, finally Stranger Things returned on Netflix with its fourth season. People waited for many years to dive again inside the 80s nostalgia mood created by the series, even if the younger generation didn’t have the chance to experience this glorious decade first hand. So we decided to give Italian fans the opportunity to discover what living in the 80s was like, taking Milano, the most iconic Italian city of the 80s, back to 1986. That’s STRANGER MILANO!
