Story In 2022, LinkedIn partnered with Inside Out, a social enterprise determined to break the assumed trajectory of young ex-offenders, by providing employable skills-based training while creating a streetwear brand. The 4 week programme resulted in the launch of a pop-up, with the participants being the face of the event. The space also offered the local community workshops, such as "How to be your own boss", 121 sessions with LinkedIn coaches, free headshot photography and a host of talks from leading voices in business. Together, LinkedIn and Inside Out created a space for fresh starts and fresh perspectives.
