Story Merging McKesson Corporation into the Change Healthcare Holdings brand was a really big deal for healthcare technology. Unfortunately, the industry didn’t get that memo. Post-announcement research showed 47% of McKesson’s customers had no idea the two companies were merging. To avoid losing loyal McKesson customers, we had to make the Change Healthcare brand both meaningful and memorable. So we developed the Inspiring a Better Healthcare System campaign and launched it on one of healthcare’s biggest stages – RSNA, the world’s largest radiological conference.
